Returns

Outdoor New England (ONE) cares that you have the product you want rather than a piece of gear collecting dust and not being used outside. We strive to ensure your happiness with top quality products.

It is in this light, that we gladly accept all returns within 30 days of purchasing. All returns must be in new condition with original tags and packaging undamaged to receive full credit of the purchase. In case, that the product is not in new condition cleaning and/or restocking fees may apply.

Attempted returns after 30 days are for store credit only. However, the product must still be in new condition with original tags and packaging undamaged to receive full in-store credit of the purchase.

To receive a refund, contact us via phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and coordinate the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Exchanges 

Similar to returns, ONE gladly accepts exchanges within 30 days of purchasing. To facilitate exchange, contact us via phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and coordinate exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, however, ONE will pay shipping charges for the exchanged/replacement item. Oversized items (kayaks, paddles, etc) may require additional reshipping fees.

If damage occurs during the shipping process, refuse the shipment and contact us as soon as practical. If unable to refuse the shipment, maintain possession of damaged packaging as claims evidence and supply ONE with pictures of damage.

All exchanges must be in new condition with original tags and packaging undamaged to be eligible. 

Custom, Clearance, Trade-In, or Consignment items are not eligible for return or exchange.
