In 2019, under new CEO Peter Hausin, alongside Donna Aubuchon for purchasing and interim CFO Bill Cave, the company underwent a strategic reset. With a seasoned management team comprising experienced paddlers and industry leaders, Jackson Kayak embarked on a trajectory of sustained growth and innovation.

Emily serves as the Whitewater Brand Manager, while Jameson Redding oversees the Fishing Brand Manager role, ensuring strategic direction by paddlers, for paddlers.
Rooted in its heritage, Jackson Kayak remains a family-owned, Made in USA business, with ownership vested in Tony Lunt, Emily Jackson, Dane Jackson, and David Knight.
