Experience Webster Lake and your yoga practice in a new way!

If you’re looking for a new challenge, yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) will reinvigorate you and push you to become an even better yogi than you thought possible — all while enjoying the natural splendor of floating on water. During our time together we’ll spend time getting acquainted with the SUP boards and the basics of the sport.

Then paddle out to begin our asana practice.

This yoga class is beginner-friendly, although seasoned practitioners will enjoy playing with their edge.

* Preregistration is required for this class. Please book online or call to reserve your board. Space is limited. Please register up to 2 hours prior to class.

* Pricing

  • $30 to participate in class with all equipment (SUP, paddle, anchor, PFD)
  • $15 to float in (bring your own gear)
  • $5 to rent tethers or anchors for those who float in

TIPS:

  • You WILL be getting wet so you will want to have a swimsuit on. If you like you can wear a pair shorts and a tee shirt over your bathing suit, wicking materials are best.
  • Hats and sunglasses may seem like a good idea, but they fall off easily in poses like downward dog.
  • Hydrate well before heading out since it’s hard to carry anything onto the board.
  • Bring your sense of playfulness
